We believe that combining the mind-body connection and deep core engagement of Pilates with the muscle-building benefits of Strength Training can amplify results - enhancing physical strength, improving posture, and promoting overall body awareness.

This flexibility helps foster a deeper sense of enjoyment and consistency, making it easier to maintain a regular practice while feeling comfortable and at ease in your personal space. Plus, there’s something incredibly satisfying about accomplishing a great workout or Pilates session without ever having to leave home!

ABOUT ME

Get to Know Me

Take a moment to get to know me and my journey into fitness and wellness

Azin was born and raised in Tehran, Iran pursued chemical engineering as her major in undergrad and masters, and moved to New York City and obtained her doctorate degree in the same major.

 

Azin’s journey into fitness began from age of 18, driven by a desire to feel stronger and more confident in her body. She began resistance training and found this sport the perfect way to build physical strength and mental resilience.

 

Many years later after going through several injuries, she then realized the benefit of Pilates to gain body-mind connection, proper alignment while gaining back her strength.

She is now a certified Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor dedicated to helping individuals discover their physical strength and mental resilience.

 

With a deep belief in the power of movement to transform both body and mind, Azin’s approach combines personalized fitness training with mindfulness to create a holistic experience for every client.
